A 500 ml short pet bottle can suit body lotion when the resin and dispensing system are compatible with the formula. Check pumping performance at the intended thickness. Assess the finished pack during storage and routine customer handling.

Fit the pump and inspect where its dip tube ends inside the bottle. The tube should reach near the bottom without bending enough to obstruct flow. Follow the component supplier's assembly guidance and confirm dispensing with a filled sample.

Applicator cap combinations are listed alongside lotion pumps, press caps and mist sprayers. Select a dispensing style appropriate to your product. Run a trial to check flow control, sealing and ease of application before finalising the packaging.
