Product Info: Alpha arbutin is an active ingredient that brightens the skin by inhibiting melanin synthesis. It has fewer side effects than hydroquionone when used at similar concentration as it's released into the skin gradually. This makes it a more effective, safer and faster choice for skin brightening and promoting an even skin tone on all skin types.

Formulation Guidelines: Alpha arbutin works well with Vitamin C, niacinamide, Hyaluronic acid, AHAs, BHAs and kojic acid to promote skin brightening.

Use Alpha Arbutin at 0.2% when formulating with an exfoliant or penetration enhancer, otherwise use up to 2%.
